The oil Leader is obtained from a selection of varieties of olives: the variety Hojiblanca contributes to the oil his(its) aroma, smoothness and transparency; the variety Picual adds stability and the variety Arbequina leaves flavors and fruity aromas in the palate.

The process of packed of our oil is realized of automatic form in a line of stiffly(packed) made totally in steel unoxidizable and controlled by a programmable automaton, with what the contact of the product is avoided with external agents. The capacity of filling is of 1500 liters an hour.
