The olives, of which our valued oil is born, are obtained by means of a rigorous system of production, with the aim(lens) to obtain fruits of the maximum quality.

 

 

 

 

 

During the whole year, there is realized an exhaustive follow-up of the culture(culturing) on the part of the technical equipment(team), stops to assure a perfect health in the olive groves and to be able like that to obtain the best olives.

 

 

 

 

In the task of control on the evolution of the plagues, only the fytosanitory necessary treatments are realized and with the least aggressive products for the environment, managing to make a few more respectful agricultural practices like that with the environment.

 

The process of production follows(continues) the directives that it(he,she) marks the regulation of Integrated Production, to obtain oil with Certified Quality.
